Job Description
We are looking for individuals who:
Possess strong basic math, reading, and computer skills
Can effectively follow written and verbal instructions
Hold a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
Team & Work Environment
You will collaborate with a diverse and skilled team within the Foundry division, working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Execute assigned tasks following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
Participate in various stages of the foundry production process, including mold production
Perform sub-assembly, soldering, testing, and packaging as required
Ensure product quality through accurate counts and adherence to production standards
Comply with ISO procedures and company safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report equipment issues or process deviations promptly
Continuously identify opportunities to improve production efficiency
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and handling materials
Regular lifting up to 10 lbs; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
Occasional bending, reaching overhead, and exposure to heat/humidity
Exposure to dust or vapors within OSHA-regulated limits
