Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures

Diagnose and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities

Install new electrical systems and components as required

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used using company maintenance software

Use company communication tools to receive, update, and close work orders

Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments

Requirements

Certified Electrician (relevant trade certification or diploma)

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in using maintenance management and communication software

Willingness and ability to work all shifts, including overnight, weekends, and on-call duties
