What you'll be doing
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via calls, email and chat
-Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
-Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
-Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case resolution
-Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
