Finance Associate Attorney Qualifications

-2+ years demonstrated expertise in representing borrowers and/or lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, other types of secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and project financings.

-Role will focus on providing legal counsel and support to clients in connection with reserve-based lending transactions, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and project financings.

-Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
