Salary: $80,000 - $175,000 per year A bit about us: We are a well-established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing solutions across the region.
Our team specializes in re-roofs, maintenance, and large-scale commercial projects across sectors including industrial, retail, multifamily, healthcare, and institutional facilities.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to bring on a Sales / Estimator who understands commercial roofing systems and can confidently manage projects from takeoff and bid through client relationship and closeout.

Strong earning potential – $200-300K+ achievable & Uncapped earning potential Solid base Salary plus commission structure Established company with a consistent pipeline of work Support from experienced operations and production teams Opportunity to grow your book of business and reputation in the market Work with major commercial clients and property portfolios Job Details Responsibilities Prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial roofing projects Bid and secure projects including re-roofs, service work, and maintenance contracts Meet with property managers, building owners, and general contractors to develop new business Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to develop pricing Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects transition smoothly into production Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partners Qualifications: 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating and/or sales experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and coatings Ability to perform takeoffs and develop accurate project pricing Proven ability to sell and close roofing projects Comfortable building relationships with property managers, facility managers, and general contractors Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Interested in hearing more?
