Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, for Mid East regional operations. This role offers structured over the road (OTR) training with a dedicated trainer for new drivers, paid orientation and trainee pay during training, competitive compensation, and full benefits after 30 days. Drivers will operate 53' dry van trailers in a 100% no touch (primarily drop and hook) environment on predictable regional lanes.

Compensation & benefits

$1,200–$1,400 weekly pay (varies with experience and mileage).

Per mile pay: approximately $0.56–$0.60 based on verified experience.

Trainee pay: $650 per week for drivers with under six months’ OTR experience (typical 4–6 week training).

Stop pay: $15 per stop.

Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident free performance and meeting fuel efficiency targets.

Paid orientation and paid training support.

Operating lanes: Mid East regional area.

Freight type: 100% no touch dry van (primarily drop and hook).

Typical average weekly mileage: 1,800+ miles (regional mileage may vary).

Typical home time: Bi weekly (commonly out ~12 days, home ~2 days).

Shift flexibility: Daytime and nighttime operations as route schedules require.

Minimum qualifications

Minimum age: 21 years.

Valid Class A CDL.

For recent graduates: graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours.

Clean driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past five years.

Not terminated from most recent employment for safety related reasons.

Ability to pass required pre employment screenings, including DOT urine drug screen and hair test where required, and background checks.

All criminal offenses will be reviewed as part of the company safety assessment.

Stable employment history consistent with industry standards; reasonable gaps for training or education will be considered.
