About the Role

Lead plant engineering and reliability efforts to improve uptime, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Job Responsibilities

Improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)

Manage capital projects (installs, upgrades, layout changes)

Align production, maintenance, and engineering efforts

Support automation and plant modernization

Develop KPIs and maintenance performance tracking

Lead PM/PdM programs and CMMS optimization

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA)

Mentor and support maintenance teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or reliability

Strong CMMS and maintenance program experience

Knowledge of PM/PdM, RCA, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools

Heavy capital project (CapEx) management experience required

Experience leading COINS projects and plant improvement initiatives

Strong maintenance and equipment reliability background

Experience managing projects, vendors, and budgets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Manufacturing experience required

Must be a strong, classically trained manufacturing professional with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
