Fred’s Bakery is looking for an individuals for their available position of Superintendent, Maintenance

Location: Cap Pele, NB, E4N 1C9

Salary: $ 36.92 / hour

Overview:

Languages: English and/or French

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: required to have previous work experience in the food service, building maintenance and warehouse. (1 to less than 7 months)

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

Perform safety and security checks

Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs

Order supplies and maintain inventory

Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards

Maintain inventory of equipment

Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures
