Location: Concord, NC

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Cup Packers to work in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Pack cups and drinkware products quickly and accurately

Inspect items for defects before packing

Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipping

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Follow all safety and company guidelines

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs)

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to work the full shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

No experience required – training provided
