Summary:

Baesman Group is hiring a Press Operator to run and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machines, solving problems, and staying focused on quality while keeping production moving.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate printing presses to meet daily production goals

Monitor output and make adjustments to maintain quality and color accuracy

Troubleshoot issues when something isn’t running right

Work with your team to keep jobs moving and minimize downtime

Track production and follow standard processes
