HiFyve is hiring a Tool and Die Maker in the Manufacturing industry in Springfield, MO!

Salary: $60,000/year + annual bonus

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM)

Location: Springfield, MO

About the Role

This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining, repairing, and fabricating tooling, jigs, and fixtures. The Tool and Die Maker works closely with maintenance and manufacturing engineering on tooling repairs and new tooling development.

Job Responsibilities

Grind and sharpen production tooling within specified tolerances

Diagnose, repair, and maintain tooling and stamping dies

Assist with the design and development of new stamping and forming dies

Fabricate jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support production needs

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on tooling improvements

Read and interpret drawings and blueprints

Use precision measuring instruments to verify tooling accuracy

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment preferred

CNC machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker experience preferred

Ability to operate lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses

Proficiency using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

NC programming and CAD drawing experience is a plus
