Production & Baking: Measure ingredients, mix, bake, and finish pastries, cakes, and doughs following standard recipes.
Decorating: Perform icing, glazing, garnishing, and assembly of desserts.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
Kitchen Support: Assist the pastry chef with production, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and inform chefs of shortages
