Hiring: Mirth Developer Technology Specialist – IT Service, Support & Operations

Experience Required: 8+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Mirth Developer with strong expertise in healthcare integration and HL7 interfaces. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting critical healthcare data exchange systems.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong hands-on experience with Mirth Connect

* Expertise in HL7 V2.x and V3.x interfaces

* Experience working with HL7 message types such as ADT and ORU

* Good knowledge of XML, CCD, and CDA

* Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards (LOINC, ICD-9/10, SNOMED)

* Experience with database queries (Oracle, SQL Server)

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, and implement HL7 interfaces

* Develop and validate test cases for unit, integration, and UAT phases

* Manage and support high-availability Mirth server environments

* Perform upgrades, security remediation, and performance tuning

* Monitor inbound feeds and troubleshoot real-time and batch interfaces (TCP/IP, VPN, FTP/SFTP)

* Support QA, UAT, and post-production stabilization activities

* Develop and maintain web services and API integrations from Mirth

* Ensure accurate documentation of technical processes and workflows

Additional Details:

* Experience with two-way SSL protocols and secure integrations

* Strong troubleshooting and support experience in production environments
