In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather important trip details, assist with researching travel options, and help coordinate reservations such as accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages. You will also review travel information carefully to ensure accuracy, track updates or changes, and maintain organized records within internal systems.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple details at once. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring each client receives a seamless and well-coordinated experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel reservations, schedules, and confirmations

Communicate with clients to gather necessary trip details and provide updates

Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and travel options

Review bookings and documentation for accuracy and completeness

Track changes and follow up on outstanding items

Maintain organized records within internal systems and digital platforms

Qualifications
