Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

We’re seeking experienced and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurses who thrive in high acuity environments and are confident managing critically ill patients. If you excel at rapid assessment, advanced interventions, and teamwork under pressure, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

Per Diem

12 Hour Shifts Only

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Perform continuous patient assessments and closely monitor hemodynamic status

Administer medications, titratable drips, blood products, and advanced therapies

Manage ventilators, invasive lines, and life support equipment

Identify and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies

Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Support patients and families during critical and emotionally complex situations

Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols

Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in the state of practice

Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU or critical care RN experience required

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong critical thinking and clinical decision making skills

Experience managing ventilators, vasoactive drips, and high acuity patients

Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high pressure situations

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team oriented mindset
