We are growing from 60 to 100+ closings per year and are looking for a licensed agent who can step in and execute immediately.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced agent who enjoys working with buyers and supporting listings—but does not want the pressure of building a business from scratch.

Job Description

The Listing & Showing Partner supports the Team Owner’s personal production by executing key activities that keep listings moving, buyers served, and the Team Owner focused on high-value, revenue-generating activities—primarily listing acquisition.

This role is critical to scaling the business while maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.

This is not a training role. The right candidate is confident, capable, and ready to contribute on day one.

Key Responsibilities

Support agents in their day-to-day role/s with tasks related to the sales listing/buyer process

Buyer Showing Support

Show homes to active buyers

Host private buyer tours

Preview properties as needed

Provide feedback and insights to the Team Owner

Contract to Close Support

Assist with drafting and submitting offers

Collaborate on offer strategy

Coordinate with Transaction Coordinator

Manage communication during negotiations

Track deadlines and ensure deals progress smoothly

Listing Support

Conduct showing follow-up

Provide feedback summaries

Host open houses as needed

Monitor listing activity and market response

Showing Coverage

Provide coverage for:

Buyer tours

Inspections

Appraisals

Contractor walkthroughs

Client Experience

Deliver a high-level client experience

Communicate professionally and consistently

Represent Cullen & Company brand standards

Support client communication as needed

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License in NC & SC (required)

Reliable transportation (required)

Prior experience working with buyers

Ability to confidently show property and guide clients

Understanding of contracts and negotiations

Availability for evenings and weekends

Knowledge/Skills

Strong communication and follow-up

High level of organization and time management

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset

Professional presence and client-facing confidence

Team-oriented with a focus on overall business success

Compensation & Benefits

Base + Commission Structure

$40,000 Base Pay Annually

15% Split on All Buyer Production

25% Referral on Sphere Referrals

Allowing the Team Owner to focus 80%+ of their time on listing generation
