This is a Full-Time/Part-Time Remote Position
The Role
We're hiring a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to be the backbone of our financial operations. If you find clarity in numbers, take pride in precision, and want your work to serve a greater purpose — this is your seat at the table.
What You'll Own
Support day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and spreadsheets on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist in budget tracking, cash flow monitoring, and expense management
Process client billing, payment collections, and generate invoices in a timely manner
Collaborate with leadership to support financial forecasting and audit preparation
Monitor compliance with internal financial policies and flag anomalies proactively
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; QuickBooks experience is a strong plus
Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reporting
Familiarity with the financial services or credit industry is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
