Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Sales Estimator to support business development efforts by preparing estimates, building client relationships, and coordinating project requirements. This role plays a key part in expanding the customer base and ensuring accurate, competitive project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

Perform job site evaluations and take-offs for project estimation

Prepare detailed estimates and project proposals

Coordinate with vendors for materials, pricing, and specifications

Support sales efforts through outreach and follow-up activities

Prepare job instructions and coordinate project resources

Maintain CRM and documentation for sales activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

3+ years of estimating or sales experience preferred

Cold-calling or business development experience required

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in industrial environments

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Stable work history required
