Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In the Field Daily

On the job-site for 1-2 customers per day; spot repairs or refinishing; simple process

On-site work is 2-4 hrs per work order; once trained and flowing, on your own

Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Customer Service and Communication

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool

Communicate with support team with questions

Follow Repair Process

Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process

Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit

Problem-solve repairs with creativity

We are looking for someone who has experience with roller painting. Specifically we're wanting your abilities to use in the process of resurfacing/ refinishing bathtubs and full surrounds of fiberglass and certain enamel. We repair damages to tubs that happen during or after installation. We refinish using a roll method that is more efficient, less time consuming but is safer and gives high quality results!

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with your hands - This could be in custodial repair/home improvement, installer, painting, or even a personal hobby. Good hand with roll painting method.

Use of PPE gear for respiratory

Ideal experience with resurfacing/refinishing full bath/shower surrounds, applying ratio mixing to paints/resins of additives that enhance quality and finish, color mix and matching when needed. We teach and train for you to succeed!

Understanding color and tints is helpful. Skilled painting is ideal. Large scale spray application is helpful, but not necessary. Hand held air-brush experience is useful but can be trained. An art background is helpful, but not necessary.

Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take a few weeks to master.
