Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Precision Quality Inspector to perform detailed inspections on precision-machined components and ensure compliance with strict quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, documentation, and adherence to aerospace-level requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on precision-machined parts
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
Identify and document nonconformances and initiate corrective actions
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of quality inspection experience required
Experience working with tight tolerances required
Strong blueprint reading skills; GD&T experience preferred
Proficiency with precision measurement tools
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
