Hiring: AWS Support Engineer (Production Support)

We are looking for an experienced AWS Support Engineer to manage production support and operations for critical business applications. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, cloud expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Skills Required:
* Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, IAM, EC2, REST APIs, Kafka)
* Proficiency in any one: Java, Spring Boot, C++, or C
* Knowledge of Python / PySpark
* Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)
* Familiarity with ETL tools and job scheduling platforms (Control-M, Autosys)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production and operations support for critical applications
* Perform log analysis and troubleshoot production issues
* Use monitoring tools such as Splunk, DataDog, Zipkin, AppDynamics, and CloudWatch
* Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
* Improve system monitoring, stability, and incident response processes
* Drive automation to reduce manual and repetitive tasks
* Ensure timely communication with stakeholders during critical incidents
