Hiring: Technology Lead – Frontend (React / Micro Frontend)

Work Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Experience Required: 8+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in frontend development, specifically in React and Micro Frontend architecture. This role requires hands-on technical leadership along with coordination between client stakeholders and offshore teams.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong experience in Frontend Development with React JS

* Hands-on expertise in Micro Frontend architecture

* Experience with Redux for state management

* Solid understanding of modern UI/UX development practices

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead frontend development initiatives using React and Micro Frontend architecture

* Collaborate with client teams to gather and understand requirements

* Coordinate with offshore teams for development updates and delivery

* Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions

* Drive best practices in coding, performance, and UI design

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Technology or equivalent education

* Minimum 8 years of experience in frontend development

* Strong leadership and communication skills

Additional Details:

* Onsite role from Day 1 at client location

* In-person interview preferred (virtual option available if needed)
