Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time CNC Operator role located in Kingston, Ontario. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-precision components. Daily tasks include setting up machines, monitoring operations, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring parts meet quality and safety standards. The candidate will work closely with team members to support machining projects and maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience operating CNC machinery

Strong knowledge of Machining and Milling techniques

Experience with Quality Control in a production environment

Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial Machinery

Ability to follow technical drawings and production specifications accurately

Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Relevant certifications or training in CNC operation or machining are advantageous

Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
