Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and solutions

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience

EPA Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with residential and light commercial systems

NATE certification (a plus, but not required)
