About the Role:
The Nurse Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within clinical settings, particularly focusing on dialysis and acute care units. This position requires strategic leadership to manage daily operations, coordinate patient care plans, and uphold patient safety standards. The Nurse Manager is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that supports clinical nursing excellence and effective patient advocacy. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in dialysis or acute care settings and emergency nursing.
Proven experience in nursing management or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols and clinical management practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Nursing Management or Leadership (e.g., Nurse Executive Certification).
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare quality improvement programs.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission or CMS guidelines.
Demonstrated expertise in patient advocacy and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Case management experience is preferred
