Key Qualifications
Develop and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, identifying immediate and long-term business objectives.
Define engagement strategies for different customer segments and implement tailored Customer Relationship Plans.
Gather, analyze, and report business and market intelligence on a weekly basis.
Support the preparation of tenders, with particular focus on Nigerian Content requirements and compliance.
Collate and effectively communicate relevant business intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Identify and recommend appropriate Nigerian Content (NC) support initiatives for key internal clients.
Provide regular updates on strategic plans, activities, and progress against set objectives.
Drive business development initiatives, demonstrating a strong track record of target achievement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

Key Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with strong working knowledge of Nigeria’s upstream oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated expertise in Nigerian Content, including working knowledge of the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and NAPIMS.
Proven knowledge and application of the NOGICD Act 2010.
Solid experience in sales and marketing within the oil and gas sector, particularly with E&P companies.
Proven track record of business development and winning contracts.
Strong account management experience within the oil and gas industry.
Good business acumen, with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
