Responsibilities

Business Development:

Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.

Sales and Customer Service:

Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.

Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.

Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.

Growth and Learning:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.

Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.

Requirements

A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and with urgency.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.

Previous sales or insurance experience is not required, just the drive to succeed.
