CNC Machine Operator / Inspector

Job Description

CNC Swiss Precision Machining is an ISO 9000 Certified swiss-style precision job shop looking to fill multiple positions first and second shift. We are a third-generation, family-owned and managed company that has been in business for over 45 years. We have recently moved to a new 30,000 square foot factory in Bloomingdale.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Full Time, Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift: Full Time, Mon-Fri 3:00pm - 12:00am

Qualifications:

2+ years experience(machine operation, blueprint reading, part inspection, offset changes) with multi-axis CNC Swiss-Style Machines.

Experience with Citizen (B12, L20, L32, A20, A32) and/or Miyano (BNA, BNX, BNC) and magazine barfeeds

Ability to read and interpret blueprints(both standard and metric).

Familiar with quality control procedures including using common shop measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers and gauges) and completing inspection documentation.

Ability to make offsets, tool changes and overall knowledge of CNC Swiss Style machine operation.

Possess strong mathematical abilities, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Compensation/Benefits:

Starting pay rate is $21.00 - $30.00/hr; DOE
