Mighty Clean Carpet Care – Centreville, VA

Mighty Clean Carpet Care is an established, locally owned cleaning company serving Northern Virginia. We specialize in high-quality carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning with a strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail.

We are hiring a dependable, motivated Cleaning Technician to join our team.

No experience is required — we provide paid training. We are looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic, and someone who takes pride in their work.

What You’ll Do

Arrive on time with a professional appearance

Inspect and stock company vehicle daily

Measure areas and explain pricing to customers clearly

Perform carpet and floor cleaning services (includes equipment transport and occasional furniture moving)

Provide excellent customer service throughout each job

Collect payment and complete daily production logs

Clean and prepare van for the next workday

Report any equipment or vehicle issues promptly

This is an active, physical position. Technicians regularly lift equipment and may carry up to 50 lbs up stairs.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable transportation to Centreville, VA (5 days per week)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Self-motivated and dependable
