Student Support Innovation Management (f/m/d)

Job Description

In this role, you will support the Innovation Management team in a 35–60% employment capacity, within a one-year fixed-term contract, in daily business as well as in the planning and implementation of our projects.

Support in maintaining and further developing LGT’s innovation framework

Support of our trend management processes

Support in validating innovative ideas through hypotheses and the execution of experiments

Coordination and support of LGT’s intrapreneurship program

Drafting relevant content for our internal communication channels

Support in fostering and promoting the innovation mindset within the organization

Requirements

Project management skills and banking or financial industry experience are an advantage; a strong interest in industry-related topics is required

Strong customer-focused mindset and communication skills

Analytical and organizational talent

Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile

Strong affinity and interest in new technologies and innovation-related topics

High level of initiative and commitment, with a strong focus on quality

High proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset
