Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious Aesthetic Sales Executive who is ready to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and make a real impact in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the beauty, and aesthetic industries to expand the company's market presence.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market, aligning with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our beauty products and services to potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are effectively met. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Above 3 year work experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, and aesthetic sectors.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
