Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates to support the top of the recruitment funnel across multiple roles

Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted research

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiles

Screen candidates at a high level to assess basic qualifications, interest, and fit before passing along to recruiters

Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Represent and promote the company's employer brand through professional outreach and networking

Day to Day Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and targeted searches

Conduct initial outreach to passive and active candidates via email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone

Perform high-level candidate screens to confirm qualifications, availability, and interest

Maintain and update candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system

Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize roles and adjust sourcing strategies as needed

Track sourcing metrics and activity to ensure consistent top-of-funnel candidate flow

Support employer branding efforts through professional networking and candidate engagement

Preferred Experience and Attributes

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

2 4 years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition experience

Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and research

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plus

Prior experience sourcing for facilities, maintenance, or technical roles such as electricians, mechanics, or engineers is preferred

Strong communication and outreach skills with the ability to engage passive candidates

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously
