Job description*:
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
• Workday Studio, Core Connectors (CCW), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday-delivered connectors
• Develop and maintain complex integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
• Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data transformation, validation, and error handling within integrations.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations including APIs, web services, and file-based transfers.
• Participate in Workday releases, regression testing, and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
• 6–8 years of IT experience with strong focus on Workday integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Workday Reporting, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors (CCW), Workday Connectors and Integration builds.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Report creation
• Good understanding of XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Data transformation and middleware concepts.
• Experience with integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
