Job Details
What You Will Do
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize unplanned downtime
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history in the CMMS
Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and recommend process or tooling enhancements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety policies
What You Bring
2 or more years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (24V DC through 480V AC)
Working knowledge of PLCs and basic automation is a plus
Mechanical aptitude with experience in motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and compressed air systems
Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment including occasional work at heights or in confined spaces
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
