Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Handle walk-in clients and conduct site visits

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Support in preparing sales reports and MIS

Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management

Negotiate and close sales deals professionally

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions

Mandatory Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years in sales (Real Estate preferred)

Location: Must be from Mohali / nearby areas

Good communication and convincing skills

Presentable and confident personality

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Preferred Skills

Exposure to real estate sales

Strong follow-up ability

Target-oriented mindset

Ability to handle client objections
