Sales Representative – B2B Base + Uncapped Commissions Columbus, OH (In Office) Full-Time Monday–Friday

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $50,000 per year
Uncapped residual commission
Six-figure earning potential within two years
No sales quota during your first quarter

Responsibilities
Conduct inside and outside sales activities
Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
Maintain accurate sales activity records
Participate in ongoing sales training and development

Qualifications
1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
Can sell yourself to clients and leadership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus office
