Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Follow assigned call lists and campaign targets.
Product Promotion

Highlight benefits and address customer needs.
Customer Engagement
Build rapport with customers over calls.
Handle objections confidently and professionally.
Data Management
Update customer information in CRM systems.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
Compliance & Script Adherence
Follow company scripts and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure all calls meet compliance standards (especially for insurance campaigns).
Follow-ups
Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers.
Nurture leads until closure.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with supervisors and QA teams.
Participate in training and performance review
