This is an in-person position based in Atlanta, GA.
The Lead Creative Marketing Associate is a highly creative and strategic marketing professional that will support the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, and e-commerce channels. This role will play a key part in building and managing the marketing content calendar in alignment with direction from the Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, ensuring campaigns are thoughtfully planned and executed across all customer touchpoints.
About the Role:
Collaborate on the development and execution of the marketing calendar, including product launches, promotions, and key brand moments.
Translate brand vision into seasonal content plans and creative briefs, connecting design, product development, and consumer-facing storytelling.
Oversee execution of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, website and print ensuring consistency, performance and alignment with seasonal narratives.
Lead all brand copywriting efforts, including email campaigns, product descriptions, catalog content, product naming and brand storytelling.
Collaborate on strategy and execution of print initiatives, including advertisements, direct-to-consumer catalogs, and mailers.
Concept, design, and produce digital and print campaign assets, with a focus on performance, brand consistency, and visual storytelling.
Partner cross-functionally (Merchandising, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Marketing) to align content with product buys and ensure channel needs are incorporated throughout development.
Oversee the creation, review, and approval of email and SMS graphics produced by Senior Graphic Designer.
Manage and maintain brand assets and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Support and execute photoshoots (lifestyle and e-commerce), including pre-production planning, sample management, talent coordination, shot list development, on-site execution, and post-production feedback.

Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Who we would like to meet:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, brand marketing or a related field.
Generally, 4+ years' experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles (fashion/apparel or consumer brand preferred)
Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Solid knowledge of marketing tools and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, paid media, web, social)
Experience with marketing tools/platforms (e.g., email platforms, project management tools, asset management systems)
