Responsibilities:
Conduct CRM demos & client training
Provide technical support & resolve issues
Configure workflows, pipelines & campaigns
Manage websites, landing pages & funnels
Handle WhatsApp API, SMS, IVR & automation tools
Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Manage social media & lead generation
Support sales team with demos & follow-ups
Skills Required:
Basic CRM & digital marketing knowledge
Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads
Basic graphic/video editing
Good communication & client handling skills
Preferred Profile:
Background in IT / Digital Marketing / CRM / Tech Support
Fluent in English
