Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hunter-oriented sales role for someone who is deeply embedded in Indonesia's banking and fintech ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Indonesia — from pipeline building and CXO-level relationship management to deal closure and post-sale expansion. You need to be street smart, culturally fluent, and commercially aggressive, with a strong grasp of how lenders think about collections, NPAs, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Revenue Growth
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Indonesia — from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Build and manage a robust pipeline of banks, NBFCs, multifinance companies, P2P lenders, and digital lending platforms
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the lending and collections value chain
CXO Engagement & Relationship Management
Engage and build lasting relationships with CXO, C-suite, and senior decision-makers (CEO, CRO, COO, CFO, CDO) at target accounts
Position Credgenics as a strategic partner — not just a vendor — in the lender's collections and recovery transformation journey
Represent Credgenics at industry forums, banking conferences, and fintech events in Indonesia
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of the Indonesian lending landscape — regulatory environment (OJK), market dynamics, key players, and competitive positioning
Provide regular feedback to product and leadership teams on market-specific requirements, localisation needs, and feature gaps
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and partnership opportunities
Collaboration & Solutioning
Work closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to craft tailored solutions and winning proposals
Lead client demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements for conversational AI, voice bot, and collections automation solutions
Partner with marketing to plan and execute demand generation activities in Indonesia
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a majority in banking, fintech, or financial services technology
Strong track record of selling to or working within Indonesian banks, multifinance companies, or fintech lenders
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
Native or fluent proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English communication skills
Street-smart, self-driven, and comfortable navigating complex, long-cycle enterprise sales
Solid understanding of the lending lifecycle — credit underwriting, loan servicing, collections, and NPA management

The following skills will be considered strong additions to your profile:
Lending & Collections Expertise
Hands-on experience in or selling to collections, debt recovery, NPA resolution, or legal tech for lenders
Familiarity with OJK guidelines on digital lending, collections, and data privacy (PDPB/UU PDP)
Conversational AI & Voice Bot Knowledge
Understanding of AI-driven customer engagement — chatbots, voicebots, IVR, and automated outreach in collections or lending contexts
Ability to articulate AI product value propositions to non-technical banking audiences
CPaaS Exposure
Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, voice APIs) and their application in lender-borrower communication workflows
CRM Proficiency
Experience working with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and account management
