Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality medical care in a low acuity, low volume emergency department setting. This role offers 24-hour shifts with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional medical care to patients presenting in the emergency department.

Manage patient care efficiently in a low acuity, low volume setting.

Utilize the Electronic Medical Record system (EPD) for documentation and patient management.

Work 24-hour shifts, covering up to 7 patient rooms per location.

Collaborate with a supportive and cohesive team including front desk staff and administration.

Work Environment

Each physician room is equipped with a private bed, computer, and refrigerator for comfort and convenience.

Strong administrative support system in place to streamline workflow and reduce non-clinical burdens.

Low patient volume allows for focused, quality care.

Qualifications

Medical degree and valid physician license.

Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required.

Comfortable working independently in a low volume, low acuity emergency setting.

Proficient with Electronic Medical Records, specifically EPD.

Ability to work 24-hour shifts with a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
