Data Engineer

Overview: This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer eager to contribute to end-to-end data design and transformation work from the ground up.

You’ll help build and maintain data pipelines, translate business logic into efficient models, and enable dashboards by delivering clean, modeled datasets.

Responsibilities:Build and maintain data pipelines to move and transform data from Oracle into Snowflake.Translate business logic from legacy systems into efficient dbt models.Partner closely with the Lead Engineer and BI team to ensure accuracy and performance.Contribute to dashboard enablement by delivering clean, modeled datasets.Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.

Must-Have Skills:Strong SQL and data modeling skills.Hands-on dbt experience and understanding of warehouse modeling.Familiarity with Snowflake and ETL processes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves:Exposure to cloud data services, GIT, or file-based transfers.Experience in startup or greenfield environments.
