Company is seeking a Project Manager to join their Institutional/Energy Group. This position will require a highly talented and motivated individual that works well in a collaborative culture committed to client satisfaction.

Candidates will execute all aspects of project management including technical, financial, client coordination, approvals and permitting issues. This position will also manage and mentor assigned staff and assist with building a strong team for the Institutional/Energy Group. The ability to manage and grow key relationships with new and existing customers will be an important part of this positions contribution to the firm.

Skill Requirements:

Design proficiency in all aspects of engineering higher education, K-12, healthcare, and energy sector projects.

Strong work history of carrying project through the design and permitting process while maintaining schedules and delivering the contracted scope of work within the budgetary constraints.

Proficiency in public procurement process including RFQs and the public bid process

State construction office experience

Experience with development of project manual/specifications

Construction administration

Required Qualifications:

Professional Engineer license is required

4+ years of experience in site design and project management

BOTTOM-LINE REQUIREMENTS: (Candidates must answer)

1. Bachelor's degree.


2. PE License.


3. 4+ years of experience in site design and project management.


4. Experience in higher education, K-12, healthcare, or energy related projects.


5. Local preferred.
