Job Title: Graphic Designer (Trainee to Full-Time) Location: Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time Eligibility: Graduate Stipend (Training Period): 10,000 per month (6 Months) Salary (Post-Training): 15,000 – 20,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about visual storytelling, social media, and digital marketing.

The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month training program, after which they will transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities - Graphic Designing: Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.

- Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

- Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit short promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

- Media & Page Management: Manage and update social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and timely posting of content.

- Ads Creation: Design creatives for digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.

- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Basic video editing and content creation skills.

- Good communication and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills - Knowledge of branding and typography.

- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
