Salary National: £28,045- £30,850 London: £35,326-£38,860

This role sits within the wider Onboarding team and is responsible for supporting a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for clients, ensuring the accurate preparation and completion of documentation, account opening, and associated fulfilment processes. The Switches & Transfers team complete Pension and Investment analysis on behalf of the company.

As a Client Services Associate, you are motivated by delivering the right outcomes for clients. You enjoy analysing information and problem solving to provide excellent customer service. You thrive on the interaction with colleagues across all areas of the business. As our next Client Services Associate in the Switches and Transfers team, you will be conducting detailed Pension and Investment analysis on behalf of the company. You will play a key role in the relationship between an adviser and a new client, setting them up for success with your high-quality work. You will have the opportunity to learn about pensions and investments as well as gain an understanding of how the wider business works.

Your day to day responsibilities will include…

Collating 3rd party pension information into a standardised format,

Conducting outbound calls with 3rd party providers

Managing effective Inbound client information via email

Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting non-compliance issues

Do You Offer…?

Exceptional customer service and both written and verbal communication skills

At least 1 year experience working in Financial Services

CII R02/R04 Qualified or have a keen interest in Pension & Investments
