Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to deliver accurate quotations while meeting defined service levels and performance targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and exceptional stakeholder communication.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Deliver accurate quotations within agreed SLAs

Maintain exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors and rework

Effectively manage, priorities, and monitor workload and queues

Consistently meet productivity, quality, and turnaround targets

Ensure adherence to vendor requirements, internal policies, and processes

Validate correct pricing, configuration, and supporting documentation

Proactively identify, investigate, and escalate risks or issues

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience in quotations, pricing, sales support, or order management (preferred)

Familiarity with vendor pricing models and configurations (nice to have)

Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and performance targets (advantageous)

Exposure to CRM, ERP, or pricing systems (desirable)
