We are expanding and seeking a talented Administrative Data Coordinator who is a pro at balancing professional communication with technical data management.
Your Mission: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors regarding file management and setup. You will ensure that employer clients' programs run flawlessly by managing data file uploads, integrations, and ongoing maintenance with 100% accuracy. You are the essential link between our technical processes and our commitment to client success.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Data Management: Process, review, and audit Excel files to meet strict internal and client standards. You will handle file manipulation with precision and logic.
Technical Integration: Set up and manage new file feed integrations, collaborating directly with clients and vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Professional Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer service questions via email, phone, and video calls with a "can-do" attitude.
Account Oversight: Monitor group activity and efficiently shut down groups that have been terminated, maintaining meticulous records of all actions.
Clear Communication: Keep customers informed on the status and details of their files, ensuring they have accurate and timely information.

Requirements
Your Essential Skills:
Excel Proficiency: You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with file manipulation and auditing (get ready to show off your skills in our assessment!).
Communication Excellence: You possess the "polish" to speak effectively with various professional contacts and craft clear, professional emails.
Strong Attention to Detail: You have a natural knack for numbers and logic—you catch the things others miss.
Independent Problem Solver: You are a research whiz who can work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Required: 2+ years of professional customer service or office experience.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
