SnapQuest, Inc. is a fast-growing software company that transforms how cities and service providers manage infrastructure maintenance. It operates a two-sided marketplace using "people-powered data":
For citizens/gig drivers: Users (such as rideshare or food delivery drivers) use the mobile app to report urban issues like potholes, damaged signs, or broken streetlights by simply snapping a photo during their normal routes. They can earn income or rewards for these submissions.
For municipalities/contractors: These photo submissions are enhanced with AI tagging (location, damage type, urgency) to become high-quality, actionable leads for contractors and local governments. This system helps cities monitor infrastructure more proactively and reduces maintenance response times and costs.
