Hiring: Technology Lead – UX Engineering Process

Work Location: Redmond, WA 98052 (Hybrid – Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

We are looking for a skilled Technology Lead with strong expertise in UX Engineering and modern design systems. This role focuses on creating seamless, user-centered experiences, particularly in ecommerce environments.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Fluent UI and Figma

* Hands-on experience with React, HTML, and CSS

* Proven experience in Ecommerce domain

* Solid understanding of UX engineering processes and design systems

Key Responsibilities:

* Design seamless checkout and transactional flows focused on usability and conversion optimization

* Apply Fluent UI standards across responsive web and mobile interfaces

* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into user-centered designs

* Build and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and component libraries in Figma

* Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices

* Work with modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular to align UX with implementation

* Address enterprise challenges such as localization, scalability, and performance

Good to Have:

* Experience with Adobe and Miro

* Prior Microsoft experience is a plus

Additional Details:

* Hybrid role with onsite presence required from Day 1

* In-person interview is mandatory

* No travel required
