Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Summary:

Seeking a Field Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in desktop support to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, and servers

Perform hardware/software troubleshooting, re-imaging, and repairs

Handle IMAC (installs, moves, adds, changes)

Support networking and enterprise storage (disk replacement)

Manage and update tickets as per SLA

Ensure high customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

1–3 years of IT support experience

Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking

Experience with ticketing tools, mobile device support, and deployments preferred

Ideal for a hands-on deskside support technician with field experience.
